Sainte-Sabine is a parish in the Municipalité régionale de comté des Etchemins in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the population is 384 as of 2009. It is named after the Basilica of Saint Sabina at the Aventine, where cardinal Louis-Nazaire Bégin often went during his theology studies in Rome.
